One of the oldest major cities in the US, Richmond has so much history, and you’ll find important landmarks, monuments, and museums all throughout. You’ll find major educational institutions and hospitals leading in technology. 

 

The James River flows right through the middle of the city, giving outdoor lovers places to fish, swim, and kayak.

 

 

Food lovers will enjoy the variety of restaurants  in the city. Just a few years ago Richmond was even named the top 10 food destinations in the U.S. by National Geographic magazine.
